About Us

Founded in 1990, Bierce & Kenerson, P.C. has over twenty-five years of experience in advising American and foreign entrepreneurs and businesses on sustainable growth through corporate transactions, commercial contracts and technology and intellectual property management.

We apply our knowledge and skills in advising clients in all stages of business development, from writing the agreements to form and govern new entities to buying, selling or merging companies. We counsel clients on daily corporate guidance, draft employment contracts and manuals and have extensive experience in structuring and negotiating many types of business contracts. We advise clients on managing intellectual property and licensing technology and trademarks.

Our Roles

For U.S. businesses, we serve as a trusted business advisor, acting as general legal counsel for SMB’s and as a legal consultant for in-house general counsel at large businesses. For cross-border operations, we work with a network of foreign law firms and professional advisors to provide support for extending brands, operations and investments.

As a French speaking law firm, we represent many foreign-owned companies and individual entrepreneurs doing business in the U.S. We assist them in creating new entities or acquiring American subsidiaries and advise on corporate governance. For services that we do not provide, we collaborate with a network of independent professionals.

Our clients range from Fortune 100 companies to mid-market enterprises, emerging companies and individual entrepreneurs.

Our Value Proposition

Client satisfaction, personal commitment and responsive personalized attention are our highest priorities.  Clients hire Bierce & Kenerson, P.C. for our ability to advise and develop practical, cost-effective legal solutions to their business objectives.   As a boutique law firm comprised of experienced attorneys, we offer clients a high level of accessibility, responsiveness, personal engagement and an appreciation for the interplay of business and legal issues.
