Martha Kenerson has been practicing law for over twenty years, advising clients on real estate, trusts and estates, investment and tax related issues.  Her real estate practice includes residential conveyancing, commercial and residential development, tax certiorari and other transactions.  Her family wealth preservation  practice includes living trusts, living wills, life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, heath care proxies, durable powers of attorney, probate documents, and estate and gift tax matters.  Her tax practice includes advice on personal, corporate, gift, and trust and estate taxation.

As an in-house lawyer for PepsiCo, she advised on tax issues in mergers, intercompany transfer pricing, legislative developments in taxation and the preparation and prosecution of private letter rulings with the IRS.
